Sports play an important role in my life, and among all the activities I enjoy, basketball is my absolute favorite. Basketball is not just a game to me; it’s a way of expressing myself, building friendships, and improving my physical and mental health.
I first fell in love with basketball when I was about ten years old. One day, I watched a professional game on TV and was immediately captivated by the energy, teamwork, and excitement on the court. At the same time, focusing on the game clears my mind and reduces stress. After a tough day at school, stepping onto the court gives me a sense of freedom and relaxation.
